You’ll partner closely with engineers and product managers to shape products that are intuitive, inclusive, and user-first.

What You’ll Do

• Support senior designers in delivering polished interaction designs from concept to launch
• Simplify complex user problems through beautiful, functional design elements
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and storytelling visuals
• Work from user research to prototype, ensuring designs are meaningful and context-driven
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and refine user experiences
• Champion user needs while aligning design with business goals
• Operate independently and manage your tasks with confidence

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–2 years in interaction or UI design
• Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch/XD). Familiarity with Prototyping tools like Principle or Framer is a plus
• Strong intuition for user behavior, including edge-case handling and UX copywriting
• Understanding of visual design principles and user psychology
• Prototyping or frontend development experience a welcome bonus
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Lever
