As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely, accurate, and professional support. This is a seasonal, work-from-home opportunity designed for individuals who are passionate about problem-solving and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist with orders, payments, product questions, and website navigation.
  • Use a variety of tools and resources to research and provide effective solutions.
  • Prevent issues, resolve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 18 with the legal right to work in India.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and overtime as required.
  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair.
  • Reliable broadband connection (minimum: 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload via wired ethernet).
