Role Overview – Front Desk Executive at WeWork India

As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors at WeWork India centres. You will manage front desk operations, assist with digital workspace tools, support community bar operations, and actively contribute to creating a welcoming and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Welcome members, guests, and visitors courteously
  • Handle inquiries related to WeWork services and amenities
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Community Bar Operations

  • Manage and maintain the Community Bar area
  • Assist members with beverages and ensure cleanliness
  • Promote a social and collaborative atmosphere

Keycard & Access Control

  • Activate keycards for members
  • Troubleshoot access-related issues
  • Coordinate with technology teams for digital check-ins

Check-in & Guest Coordination

  • Manage member and guest check-in processes
  • Record visitor details accurately

Digital Product Support

  • Assist members with mobile apps and workspace technology

  • Coordinate with IT support when required

Administrative & Community Engagement

  • Handle mail and packages
