About the Role
The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple internal and external sources. This position plays a crucial role in delivering actionable insights through dashboards, predictive models, and automated reporting solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand client requirements, and contribute to business growth through data-driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management and Technical Analysis
- Gather information from databases, data warehouses, and integration platforms to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain data management processes, documentation, and governance policies.
- Automate data processing tasks and build efficient data pipelines using appropriate tools and technologies.
- Identify and implement data validation and cleansing tools to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Reporting, Visualization, and Insights
- Analyze complex datasets to provide insights into business performance and customer behavior.
- Prepare analytical reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Develop dashboards, graphs, and visualizations using BI tools for performance monitoring.
- Conduct surveys and interpret results based on client requirements.
- Benchmark performance with sectors and competitors to support strategic decision-making.
Client Collaboration
- Liaise with internal and external clients to understand data content, analytics needs, and reporting expectations.
- Provide sales data, insights, proposals, and account reviews as required.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver high-quality data analysis aligned with business goals.
Predictive Analytics
- Mine large datasets, build predictive models, and generate insights to support clients’ forecasting and strategic initiatives.
Performance Indicators

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
