Additional Conditions

• Maximum 3 years education gap between 10th and Diploma start
• Only full-time Diploma courses accepted
• Mandatory Core Mathematics in Diploma
• Business Maths / Applied Maths not accepted
• Maximum 1 backlog allowed (must be cleared with 6th semester)
• Open schooling allowed for 10th & 12th
• Candidate must be 18+ years at onboarding
• Indian Citizen / OCI / PIO / Bhutan & Nepal nationals (with proof)
• Candidates who attended any Wipro hiring in last 3 months are not eligible

Selection Process

Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes)

• Verbal Ability – 20 Questions (20 mins)
• Analytical Ability – 20 Questions (20 mins)
• Quantitative Ability – 20 Questions (20 mins)
• Written Communication Test – 20 mins

Round 2 – Voice Assessment

Round 3 – Business Discussion

Round 4 – Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement

• 48 Months Bond
• Joining bonus recovery on pro-rata basis if leaving early
