Role Overview – Trainee Apprenticeship at YES BANK

As a Trainee Apprentice, you will support branch teams in sales, customer onboarding, documentation, and compliance activities. This role focuses on building strong fundamentals in banking products, customer engagement, KYC norms, and regulatory processes.

The apprenticeship is designed to help candidates develop skills required for long-term careers in retail banking and financial services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist branch staff in day-to-day sales and operational activities
  • Support customer interactions and understand customer requirements
  • Learn banking products, account opening processes, and documentation
  • Contribute to sales, cross-selling, and customer acquisition targets
