Role Overview – Technical Support Associate at ZS

As a Technical Support Associate, you will support enterprise-level IT operations by maintaining end-user systems, resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting internal teams with reliable technology solutions. This role directly supports ZS employees and client-facing teams, ensuring uninterrupted business operations across global locations.

You will work closely with Network Administrators and IT Infrastructure teams, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise tools, operating systems, collaboration platforms, and asset management processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, install, and maintain laptops and desktop systems
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, and application issues
  • Support Windows and Mac OS environments across enterprise users
  • Install and manage Office 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Assist with IT asset tracking, system upgrades, and hardware repairs
  • Use remote support and troubleshooting tools effectively
  • Support collaboration platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Troubleshoot wireless connectivity and client-side network issues
  • Participate in assigned IT projects and operational improvements
  • Ensure timely resolution of service tickets while maintaining SLA standards
