Role Overview

As an Onboarding Executive at Swiggy, you will be responsible for acquiring new restaurant partners, completing onboarding as per shared lead lists, and ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to account management. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle escalations efficiently.

This is a field-based role involving regular interaction with restaurant owners and internal teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant acquisitions based on assigned lead lists
• Onboard outlets as per defined onboarding guidelines
• Ensure smooth handover of onboarded outlets to account management teams
• Handle onboarding of EANO and NRO accounts assigned by City, Central, or VAM teams
• Resolve onboarding-related escalations for the assigned city
• Coordinate with city and central teams for issue resolution
• Ensure restaurants subscribe to the correct starter packs and marketing materials
• Verify basic hygiene and onboarding readiness of restaurant partners
