As an E-Commerce Executive, you will manage three core digital functions: mobile application operations, CRM & customer experience, and digital compliance & audit preparedness. The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders, external technology partners, and senior leadership to ensure seamless digital performance and adherence to SOPs.

You will be responsible for driving app enhancements, strengthening CRM workflows, analyzing customer insights, and maintaining full compliance across digital platforms including apps, websites, and campaign pages.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Operations

• Manage day-to-day maintenance, updates, and feature rollouts for the mobile application
• Coordinate with external tech agencies for enhancements and bug fixes
• Support app-related brand and marketing initiatives
• Track performance metrics such as installs, DAU/MAU, engagement, retention, and crash rates
• Prepare requirement documents, feature briefs, and user journey flows

CRM & Customer Experience (Zendesk)

• Oversee customer query routing and resolution processes
• Ensure SLA adherence and monitor CRM dashboards
• Improve CRM workflows through automation and macros
• Analyze customer behaviour, complaints, and product feedback
• Prepare monthly customer experience reports for senior leadership

Digital Compliance & Audit Readiness

• Ensure compliance across all digital assets including apps, websites, social media, and landing pages
• Prepare for internal, corporate, and surprise digital audits
• Track and close audit observations proactively
• Coordinate with IT, Legal, and Corporate Communications for approvals
• Share compliance updates with senior management
